Jane Ashley Durham has enjoyed selling real estate with Home Advantage for nearly ten years. She and her husband have lived in Columbia for over 30 years, which makes her a wealth of knowledge, especially for the Lake Murray area. She is now serving her real estate clients full time in the greater Columbia area after raising her three children. Being patient and client focused makes all the difference when looking for the right home with Jane Ashley. She also navigates the buying and selling process to where her clients can be rest assured everything is being handled correctly and with their best interest at heart. She spends her free time on Lake Murray, boating and entertaining with her family and friends. She enjoys exercising, particularly RPM and body pump classes.
